• Where is the store based?

• Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?

  We sure do!

• How long will it take to receive my order?

  Once shipped most domestic orders take anywhere from 6 to 14 business days to arrive depending on the efficiency of your local postal service. International shipping delivery times may vary between 2 and 12 weeks. (Very rarely does it take 12 weeks)

• Why is shipping to my country so exspensive?

  If you live in the South Americas then unfortunately I have no other way of ensuring your package gets to you unless it has a tracking number.
  Since I am an independent artist I pay anywhere from $30-$40 for a tracking number when shipping to places such as, Argentina, Bolivia, Brazil, Chile, Colombia, Ecuador, Guyana, Paraguay, Peru, Suriname, Uruguay, Venezuela and Mexico.

• What happens if my order is lost?

  Typically if your order is lost in the mail it will be returned to me. If the address is incorrect then I will contact you and arrange to have to shipped out again. Please be aware that if you input your address incorrectly and it does end up being sent back to me you will have to pay the additional shipping cost to have it shipped again.

• How do I pay for my order? Is it secure?

Because of this, Storenvy has all the same securities and payment fraud protection as these leading payment processors. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express and Diners Club. If paying with PayPal, you may also make payments using your bank account, but this may delay your order.
